Everyone is aware that education can change everyone’s life. That is why NBC has always produced public service announcements saying “knowledge is power”. This is true in any event. Some examples maybe, getting a job, office espionage and even black male. No joke, knowledge really does make a difference.
How ever the Gathering place id working to educate women to help rebuild their lives. The Gathering place not only offers a computer lab for their clients to utilize, but they also offer GED classes to help these clients to prepare for obtaining gainful employment. These programs really help women get out of their already bad situation to grow and become more self sufficient.
